I would be interested what kind of IC or semiconductor
functions my colleagues may consider desireable.
I start the wish list with a high voltage(>400V) low
current (Is << 1 mA ) MOSFET ?
In the same time I am asking anyone who knows of
such devive on the market to share with us this info
