HAVE TECO UNIT SG2-10HR-A THAT WILL NOT ACCEPT PASSWORD TO MODIFY PROGRAMING. IS THERE A WAY TO RESET PASWWORD OR ERASE EVERTHING TO START FROM SCRATCH.

Yes read the manual v3
Page 36 and 40 suggest by accessing clear program will clear the program and password.
However page 47 states this is not possible on CLASS A & B
When I try the clear program SELECTION via OK key, all I see is
PASSWORD WITH CHECK MARK
and program and password remain intact.
Maybe I am missing something else?
