LINKING MSC PATRAN WITH INTRANET WEBSITE

Hi
i am trying to build a intranet website for simulating(using MSC Patran)  CATIA files which are already present.i am trying to use ASP(Active server pages) as frontend.I want link MSC patran sofware.can you help me in this regard.
we are having official license from both softwares.if you atleast know some sites which simulates online please inform me.
