Steel Reinf. Take-Off Calculator?

Does anyone know of a steel reinforcing take-off program (for paving / flat work reinforcing)?
I'm looking for something more accurate than the pounds per SF per size & spacing spreadsheet.
I would like to have a program that allows you to enter length & width of paving, steel pattern / spacing and over lap, that would then spit out an accurate count of required bars. (As in X-many No.3 bars 40' long and X-many No.3 bars 20' long).

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
