hp LJ1220 On the network

Hi folks!
I have a HP LJ1220 conected to one of my coputers with USB cable and used as shared resource..
The problem is that the computers on the network using Win98 And WinME cant see it over the network. Where the problem is?
Just dont send me to HP/Support..... )

The issue is that your network configuration is not correct. You might try posting this question on the Tek-Tips forum. There are way more IT-savvy people in that neighborhood. TTFN

Hey Zmei,
the problem is simple, the other PC's do not recognise the printer on the network.
So 2 options ,
1)you install the accompanied software on each PC (and reboot them)
2)follow the installation for NETWORK printers with the attachment in the link from Ragadulo to HP. And off course reboot the PC's.
